Delivery and Payment Terms
This document defines the shipping, payment methods, and delivery times when purchasing goods through the online store www.ksiltovky.cz, operated by blazek stick & caps s.r.o.
1. Shipping
Goods are delivered via DPD courier service. Delivery cost including packaging is 100 CZK + VAT. For larger or special orders, shipping may be arranged individually.
2. Delivery Time
Stock items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment reception. For custom-made products (e.g., with embroidery or print), delivery time is agreed individually.
3. Payment Methods
Payments are made via wire transfer (bank transfer) to the seller's bank account based on the payment details provided in the order confirmation. All payments are required in advance.
4. Invoices
An invoice (tax document) is issued for each order and serves as proof of payment.
5. Failure to Accept Delivery
The Buyer is obliged to accept the ordered goods. Failure to accept the shipment without prior cancellation may be considered a breach of contract and subject to delivery cost reimbursement.
6. Final Provisions
These Delivery and Payment Terms are effective from the date of publication on www.ksiltovky.cz and may be updated when necessary.
