Embroidery is the most durable form of textile decoration. We offer precise machine embroidery with a wide colour palette and multiple finishing options.

Types of embroidery:

Embroidery: Direct embroidery on textiles – polos, T‑shirts, blankets, caps, towels and more.
Patches: Embroidered emblems for later sewing or heat‑application (Velcro or heat‑seal option).
Applied embroidery: Replacing fill areas with fabric to reproduce details that cannot be embroidered.
3D embroidery: Creating raised embroidery using special materials. Not suitable for every logo — contact office@ksiltovky.cz or use the online form.

How is embroidery produced?

1. Design preparation

We convert the motif into a digital format suitable for embroidery machines. We use software such as TAJIMA DGML, Punto.

2. Thread selection & testing

We choose suitable threads (cotton, polyester, metallic) and create a test embroidery.

3. Embroidery on textile

After sample approval we start embroidery on the requested textile.

Embroidery options

Colour range: Up to 15 colours, we use threads ISACORD, MARATHON. Pantone references can be approximated.
Thread materials: Cotton, PES, metallic, fluorescent — depending on requirement.
Maximum size: 42 × 32 cm (larger by agreement).
Minimum quantity: From 1 piece.
Option to embroider cut parts of our own products (brims, rear parts …).

How to send your artwork?

Send files in vector (AI, CDR, EPS) or raster (JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF) formats to office@ksiltovky.cz, or use the online form.

Import of embroidery data

We support native formats – PXF, PDC.

Creating embroidery data

Archiving of your embroidery data is standard practice.

One‑time setup fee: The embroidery file setup is charged only once.
