Heat Transfer Foils (Flex & Flock)

Heat transfer foils are ideal for small print runs such as jersey numbers or low-volume orders. We use thin elastic Flex foils and velvet-like Flock foils, cut precisely on a plotter and applied to textiles at high temperature.

How Does the Heat Transfer Process Work?

1. Graphics preparation

We prepare vector artwork for precise plotter cutting (AI / EPS).

2. Cutting the design

The design is cut on a professional Summa plotter for accurate results.

3. Heat pressing onto textile

At 150–180°C the foil is pressed onto the textile using a Chemica heat press – durable, high-quality finish.

Heat Transfer Printing Options

Foil types: Flex (smooth elastic foil) a Flock (velvet foil).
Textile types: T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, workwear, bags …

For best results we accept the following formats:

Vector: AI, CDR, EPS
Raster: JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF

One-time setup: data preparation is charged only for the first order.
