How does screen printing work?

1. Design preparation

We prepare vector artwork using software such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Each colour requires a separate screen for printing.

2. Printing and ink application

We apply inks through a stencil onto the textile. For multicolour designs we use separations and specialised screens for optimal results.

Screen printing options

Maximum number of colours: 6 colours in the logo.
Suitable textiles: T‑shirts, hoodies, polos, jackets, workwear, bags and more.
Printing on supplied textiles available.
Option to print on cut parts of our own products (brims, sweatbands, finishing tapes, . . .)
Colour specification: Pantone Solid Coated/Uncoated for exact colour matching.
Minimum quantity: From 20 pcs. (by agreement possibly less)

Software for artwork preparation

We use professional tools such as Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Corel Draw (CDR) for print data preparation. If you have a design, we will gladly adapt it to the required format.

How to send your artwork?

Send files in AI, CDR, EPS, JPG, PNG, BMP or GIF formats to office@ksiltovky.cz, or use the online form.
