Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between blazek stick & caps s.r.o., Company ID 28156030, Dolní Skrýchov 95, 377 01 Jindřichův Hradec (hereinafter “the Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter “the Buyer”).
1. General Provisions
The company blazek stick & caps s.r.o. is registered in the Commercial Register of the Czech Republic. Contact e-mail: office@ksiltovky.cz, phone: +420603559693. These terms define the mutual rights and obligations when concluding a purchase contract through www.ksiltovky.cz.
2. Subject of Sale
The Seller offers both ready-made and custom-made textile products (mainly caps, hats, T-shirts) with personalization options (embroidery, screen printing, flex/flock film).
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Orders can be placed through the online store www.ksiltovky.cz. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms having read and agreed to these Terms. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Seller.
4. Price and Payment
All prices include VAT. The final price may include surcharges for product personalization. Payments are processed through the Comgate payment gateway (credit card or bank transfer).
5. Delivery Conditions
Goods are delivered via DPD courier. Delivery cost including packaging is 100 CZK + VAT. Stock items are usually delivered within 2–5 business days. Custom orders are delivered by individual agreement.
6. Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods unless it is a customized product made to the customer’s specifications.
7. Warranty and Complaints
A statutory 24-month warranty applies to non-customized products. Personalized products are covered only for manufacturing or material defects.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms are effective from the date of publication on www.ksiltovky.cz and may be updated by the Seller at any time.
